Privacy and personal data processing policy
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and defines the personal data processing procedures and security measures taken by METR Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
1.2. The Operator's primary goal and condition for carrying out its activities is to respect the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens when processing their personal data, including the protection of privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.3. This Policy applies to all information the Operator may receive about website visitors:

- 3. CATEGORIES AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
- The Operator processes Users' personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Processing B2B applications and service quote requests (on the metr-decommission.ru website): last name, first name, middle name, telephone number, email address, and company name.
- Website analytics: anonymized visitor data (including cookies, IP address, and geolocation data) using internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrica, etc.) to improve the interface.
4.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if the User completes and/or submits it independently through special forms on the Websites or sends it to the Operator by email. By submitting data, the User consents to this Policy.
4.2. The initial collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, and storage of personal data of Russian citizens is carried out exclusively in databases located within the Russian Federation.
4.3. The processing period for personal data is unlimited. The User may revoke their consent at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via email to office@metr-decommission.ru with the subject line "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data."
5. SECURITY AND PRIVACY
5.1. The Operator ensures the security of personal data and takes all possible legal, organizational, and technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing it.
5.2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with current Russian legislation or with the User's express consent.
5.3. In the event of unauthorized or accidental transfer (leakage) of personal data, the Operator undertakes to notify Roskomnadzor of the incident within 24 hours and provide the results of the internal investigation within 72 hours.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The User may obtain any clarification on any questions regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by email.
6.2. This document is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version. The current version of the Policy is publicly available online on the Operator's Websites.
Protection of intellectual property

All scientific, technical, economic, and methodological solutions, including, but not limited to, fast reactor decommissioning standards, model schemes, and data obtained during the BN-350 reactor decommissioning project, published or referenced on this website, are the exclusive intellectual property of the METR LLC.
The official valuation of the Company's intangible assets is 730 million rubles (~US$10 million).
Unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use of these intellectual assets, methodologies, or patented know-how without a formal international license agreement is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted in accordance with applicable international intellectual property laws, including those of WIPO, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the United Arab Emirates (ADGM/DIFC).
